Homer's Hair
Not much hair at all, he's practically bald except for 3 (count'em, three) hairs on the top of his head in a stylish comb over. He also has some hair from ear to ear (depicted as a zigzag line, an M is visible from a side profile). Obviously that few number of hairs is hard to manage and to keep in place, like Stewie's hair, I would suggest shaving your head bald (or using a bald skin cap) and use a black marker to draw in the "hairs".
Homer's Shirt
Homer's shirt is a white, unbranded, short-sleeved collared t-shirt (a white polo). Occasionally he wears a tie with it. Strangely enough, his shirt actually has no buttons nor does it have any pockets. However, the shirt he wears to work has a pocket (for his pens).
Homer's Pants
Simple straight cut jeans with a very round support. It is folded at the bottom, it doesn't have pockets or a fly. It may actually be blue sweatpants but they always lend themselves to being jeans in the show. I think a pair of blue hospital scrubs would be perfect for this get up.
Homer's Shoes
Plain black loafers with a slightly raised heel. You can find a pair of these or something similar at your local walmart sale section. Like most other cartoon characters, Homer's shoes don't have straps, laces or the like.Fan pictures
