Stewie's Hair
Stewie's hair is sparse and few in between. He only has a total of ten extending from the back of his hair to the front. This is probably the hardest thing about stewie to imitate (other than his headshape of course). The best way to imitate his hairdo is to shave your head completely bald, and draw in 10 lines from the back of the head towards the front.Stewie's Shirt
Stewie's undershirt is a long-sleeved banana yellow. It has a tight crewneck cut to keep his infant neck warm. Any plain yellow shirt would do, if it had a logo that would be alright too since his overalls should cover up a lot of the shirt. If you cannot find a shirt in that yellow, a simple method would be to dye any old shirt yellow or even spray paint the shirt.
Stewie's Pants
Sporting a pair of firetruck red trousers held up by matching suspenders, Stewie is out to impress the ladies. Nothing too special about these, although the 2 single yellow button attachments on the suspenders may be hard to find. A more viable solution would be to use the much more common clip-suspenders and attach two yellow buttons overtop of it.
